Taking photos of myself wearing things I have made in the studio is an important aspect of my creative process. It helps me understand a garment in relation to a body. Looking at, observing, feeling, documenting and responding to the piece that I am working with while it is on my body helps the work manifest. These processes are a part of the relationship between myself and my practice. They inform my understanding of my fashion/art work as a network of collaborative production between agents, human, non-human and otherwise.
